Controlling a Virtual Private Server is generally a tough process. And that is precisely where our Managed Services offer will help you out. With it, your VPS will be added to our own custom server monitoring software system, which will keep an eye on all the important tasks. And in case of any service trouble, our server admins will be informed automatically and they will rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Weekly Backups

Manually backing up a VPS Server is not the simplest process on earth. You will either have to use some other server or your PC, or arrange some 3rd–party software. Our company offers a far simpler way with our Managed Services deal. We will create a full backup of your server once a week, so you never have to be afraid of losing essential information. Last but not least we can always retrieve a backup copy very fast. All backups we make are held on a special server with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored hosted content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server offers you a nearly endless number of options, you will sometimes need to install additional software apps. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can help you out. It is an integral part of our Managed Services package, which enables you to demand any of our practiced technical support engineers to install and configure any kind of software package and to rectify any trouble you may have with your VPS server.

The Managed Services solution comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It is an add–on for the KVM VPS Servers.
